Jiangsu Xinzhuangbei Robot Co., Ltd. (XZB Robot) is an industrial automation manufacturer based in Jiangsu Province, China. The company was registered in 2021 on top of a line-engineering team with more than fifteen years behind packaging and palletizing equipment. We build one thing and build it well: automatic palletizing systems that take bagged, boxed and bottled product off the end of a packaging line and stack it onto pallets without manual labour.
What we actually make
Our production covers three linked families. The third is turnkey integration, where we connect infeed conveyor, robot, pallet magazine and outfeed wrapping into a single PLC-controlled line.
Everything in between is engineering support: gripper design, stacking pattern programming, safety fencing layout, and commissioning at your plant.
How we build
We do not pretend to manufacture every component. The critical parts are sourced from named suppliers — Siemens PLC hardware, genuine ABB, KUKA or FANUC arms where the customer specifies them — and we do the structural fabrication, robot integration, electrical panels, software and factory acceptance testing in our own workshop. That split lets a mid-size manufacturer offer the same component quality as a large integrator at a fraction of the delivered price.
Every machine that leaves the factory runs a hot test: full cycle, at rated payload, for eight continuous hours, logged against the customer’s own stacking diagram. Photographs and the test log ship with the machine.
Who buys from us
Feed mills, fertilizer plants, cement and mortar producers, chemical pigment packers, food and beverage lines, and third-party logistics operators. XZB machines have shipped to more than 30 countries, most of them through our Alibaba.com Gold Supplier storefront, where we hold a 100% response rate and a response time of two hours or less.
The reason buyers settle on a palletizing robot rather than a gantry stacker is usually labour cost, back-injury claims, or the need to run three shifts on one line. Our job is to make that decision safe: clear lead times, an honest component list, a one-year warranty that covers labour, and engineers who answer the phone after the machine is installed.
