Export machinery is bought on paper as much as on hardware. This page states plainly what we can prove today, what we prepare for your order, and what comes from our component suppliers.
Verified today
- Alibaba.com Gold Supplier. Our company and workshop passed Alibaba’s on-site field verification: registration, business address and production were checked by the platform’s inspector. Published response figures are 100% response rate and a response time of two hours or less.
- Platform-verified factory data. The same record lists a 5,000–10,000 m² workshop, three production lines and named production equipment in Yizheng, Jiangsu. Those numbers come from the verification record rather than from our own marketing.
- Component documentation. The parts we buy in carry their maker’s certificates and declarations: Siemens PLC modules, and any ABB, KUKA or FANUC arm fitted to your build.
What we prepare for your market
We do not hold a blanket product certificate covering every machine in the catalogue, and we would rather say that up front than let you discover it at customs. For each order we prepare the CE technical file for the machine as built — risk assessment, guarding layout, emergency-stop category and an electrical safety check before dispatch — and issue the declaration of conformity that travels with the machine.
Markets that need more than a self-declared conformity document are handled the same way, named and costed in the quotation before production starts: EAC for Russia and the Eurasian economic area, a third-party test report, a custom inspection certificate, or a stamped legalisation of the conformity papers. Tell us the destination country when you request a quote and we confirm in writing which documents we produce, which we pass on from the component maker, and which sit with you as the importer.
What ships with your machine
Every export order includes a document pack: the declaration of conformity for your machine, assembly and wiring drawings, the factory acceptance test log from your own line, a spare-parts list with part numbers, and operator and maintenance manuals in English.
