A palletizing robot is only useful if it keeps running. Support is included with every machine we ship, not sold as an extra.
How support works
- Before shipment. We agree the stacking diagram, bag dimensions and pallet size with you in writing, then program and test the pattern on our own floor. You receive the test log before the machine is crated.
- At installation. Our engineers travel to your site, install the machine, commission it against the agreed pattern, and train your operators and electricians for the full duration of the visit. Training covers pattern changeover, gripper adjustment, alarm reading and daily checks.
- After handover. Remote support is lifetime and free: WhatsApp, email or video call with an engineer who knows your machine file. Warranty covers parts and labour for 12 months.
Getting help fastest
When you report a fault, send three things: the machine serial number on the nameplate, a photograph or short video of the alarm screen, and a description of what the machine was doing when it stopped. That is usually enough for us to diagnose it on the spot and, if a part is needed, to ship the right one the same day.
Spare parts we recommend keeping on site for continuous-operation lines: suction cups and gripper pads, the HMI spare if you run a mirrored panel, servo battery, and the wear items on your bag-type gripper. We keep a spares kit sized for your machine available for ten years after purchase.
If you need a change we have not discussed — a new bag size, a different pallet, an added layer pattern, or integration with a line that has changed since installation — that is a normal request. Contact us or start from the quote form, and look at our industry solutions for the machine class you run.
