XZB Robot manufactures in Jiangsu Province, China, on a site that covers fabrication, assembly, electrical panel building and final acceptance testing under one roof. Nothing is subcontracted after the components arrive, which is why our standard lead time is 30–45 days rather than the three or four months a broker-based supplier quotes.

The building

The site is laid out as a one-way flow: raw steel and cast components enter at one end, finished and crated machines leave at the other. Robot bases are machined and welded in-house, so a customer who needs a wider pedestal for a low-ceiling hall or an existing conveyor can have one without changing supplier.

Assembly and wiring

Mechanical assembly and electrical wiring happen at the same station, by the same team, so the cable routing on the delivered machine matches what the assembler laid out rather than what a drawing said. Servo gear motors, PLC hardware and robot arms are checked against the purchase records for each build, and every panel carries a printed terminal schedule.

Quality and testing

Quality lab where payload and repeatability are measured before shipment

Before a machine ships it runs a hot test: full cycle at rated payload for eight continuous hours, stacking the customer’s own bag pattern onto a real pallet. We record cycle time, motor temperature, and dimensional check of the finished stack against the agreed diagram. The log and photographs go to the buyer with the shipping documents.

Stock and dispatch

Showroom with sample palletizing robots and gripper configurations

Warehouse holding grippers, spare parts and crated machines ready for export

Export stock, grippers and spares are held on site so that a replacement suction cup or a wear part does not wait on a production run. Machines are packed in fumigation-free plywood crates with the pedestal bolted to a skid, ready for either container or flat-rack shipment.

Buyers are welcome to inspect a machine in operation before ordering, either in person or on a scheduled video call from the assembly floor. Get in touch to arrange it, or browse the PLC palletizing arm and our other industry solutions first.
